Professor Hill will share insights from this work on the challenges and opportunities as students carve a path from college to the rest of their lives. She will focus on the ways to support students in linking their passion and purpose to their professional goals and the pitfalls of closing doors too soon or holding them open too long. Guiding them on their path, Professor Hill will highlight the types of mentorship relationships that matter.
